The Details:
Shipping: Pieces will be shipped one week after purchase. If the shipping fee is not charged when the order is placed it will be billed at the time of shipping. If items are not collected at arrival or they are refused upon delivery, the shipping costs are non-refundable. A full reimbursement will be made and a 15% handling fee will be charged.
If you're interested in international shipping, additional fees may be added. Please email me directly.
Packaging: Thoughtfully designed and handmade wood boxes made in Upstate New York are available at an additional cost. The side of the box should match the size of the vessel. Please only order one per vessel ordered.
Uniqueness: Due to the nature of the material, each piece will have slight variations. These pieces are non-refundable.
Care:
Glass pieces from the Vessel Collection should never be placed in the microwave or used to hold hot food or liquids. They should not be put in freezing temperatures. Extreme temperature change will cause the glass to break. The vessels can be washed with a mild soap or a small amount of baking soda and water on a non-abrasive sponge. Narrow barware brushes are useful for cleaning the inside of the vessels.
